Illustrations
These are just a few floor plan illustrations of the apartment complex. Illustrations are always beneficial for the early stages of projects, and this helped expedite the creation of a virtual tour.
Virtual Tour
Upon completing the illustrations, we created a comprehensive virtual tour of the one-bedroom apartment layout. Virtual tours are useful for enticing prospects prior to them visiting the property. It gives people the option to view properties in the comfort of their own homes, which is a major time saver. We have the resources to fill these rooms with a variety of furniture and wall and floor finishes to give it that realistic look.
Photo-Realistic Rendering
The finishing touch on this project was this photo-realistic exterior image of the apartment complex. This puts the entire complex into perspective.
