PixelPerfect Studios was formed in 2013 after receiving a high demand for 3D rendered images through our parent company, RSC, LLC. RSC has a proven track record of providing outsource services within the office furniture industry since 2000.
We take pride in our vast potential. We have the latest software programs and artistic capabilities to enhance your product, property, service or brand with photo-realistic renderings, 3D animations, 360˚ interactive tours, motion graphics, illustrations, and 3D modeling.
We understand that imaginations are limitless and unpredictable, which is why we are so eager to try new things. Furthermore, because of our large in-house staff, we have the ability to handle multiple projects at once

We know that finding the right company to outsource your renderings to is challenging and you probably have a lot of questions to ask. As you should. It’s important to make sure that the company handling your outsourced work is dedicated, communicative, and can handle your needs.
We also know sometimes you don’t have the time to email a dozen companies and wait for their responses to get those answers. Some deadlines just approach too quickly for that luxury. So we wanted to make the process a little easier for you by creating this list with answers to our most frequently asked rendering questions.
How much does it cost?
This is always the hardest question to answer as each project is vastly different from the next. Because of this, prices vary a lot depending on the size of your property or product, the amount of 3D data you have, and the level of customization. Don’t let that discourage you, though. We make a point of quoting all of our projects up front so you know how much your specific project will cost from the very beginning.
If you’re looking for a more specific price estimate on a current project, you can upload your files here.
How long will it take?
This is another one where the answer is different for each project. If you want a rendering of a single product that you already have the 3D model for, the project could be finished in a matter of hours. If we’re building a 6-story home for an interactive tour based on 2D floor plans, the project will take significantly longer. It really depends on the size of your project and the files provided.
What information do you need from us to get started?
Any information you have on the project is helpful. If you have 3D files, elevations, lighting plans, and finishes, you’re in great shape! If you just have hand-drawn floor plans or a rough sketch, that’s fine, too! We can work off of just about anything, but the more information you can provide; the better.
What file type’s can you accept?
We can accept most file types: .SKP, .STL, .OBJ, .RVT & .DWG are the most common types we receive. Most other programs can be saved out in a format we can utilize too.
What type of files/links can we receive the final content in?
Still Renderings, Illustrations, and Floor Plans: .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .tiff or anything your little hart desirers.
Animations: any movie file (.MP4, .MOV, .AVI, etc.).
Interactive Tours: Web links, or any movie file (for automated tours).
Will we get to see the work you’re doing before the final product?
Of course! We care about representing your vision and designs as accurately as possible. If you’d like to see how things are going, we’re more than happy to send grayscale preliminaries (before any finishes are applied) and low resolution previews (after the finishes are added) for your approval. Just keep in mind, preliminaries can slow down the process if your team is busy and can’t approve the scene in a timely manner.
What if our plans change after you’ve started the project?
No worries. We understand that things change and we’re open to accommodating those changes. Depending on where we are in the process and how extensive the changes are, alterations may be billed on an hourly basis or quoted upfront.
We have a specific idea in mind but it’s not an option listed on your site. Can you still do it?
Most likely, yes! We love when our clients bring us inspiration for new styles and features. If you’ve seen any styles or features you like but don’t see them on our site, just let us know. We’re confident that we can replicate or create what you’re looking for.
Is PixelPerfect Studios referenced anywhere on the final content?
Absolutely not. Everything we create is yours and can be branded with your company logo. Think of PixelPerfect Studios as an extension of your company.
