For a recent project, we worked with the developers of Sérénité at Camelback Mountain, an upcoming planned private residence community in Tannersville, Pennsylvania. Here’s a bit more about the project and how our 3D animations and renderings were used to showcase these gorgeous whole and shared ownership homes to potential buyers before construction ever began:
3D Renderings
The earliest stages of the Sérénité project began with purely conceptual interior renderings aimed at generating interest. While these renderings were a valuable tool, the developers knew that buyers want to see the entire property, inside and out, and they knew old-fashioned illustrations weren’t going to do the trick. That’s when they turned to Pixel Perfect Studios for some 3D exterior architectural renderings. The developers provided floorplans, conceptual drawings and other materials to the team at Pixel Perfect Studios, who used them to create true-to-life renderings of the future properties. When the basic mock-up was completed, exterior details were added including textures, building materials – even landscaping. What we ended up with was a breathtaking exterior view of the condo that gave potential buyers an accurate impression of what it would look like when it was built.
3D Virtual Tour and Animation
With the initial 3D renderings complete, it was time to bring them to life. Our state of the art animation tools allow us to take our virtual cameras anywhere – outside the condo for a flyby, or inside for a virtual tour. Exterior shots provide a dramatic birds-eye view of the grounds and can be completed much more affordably than aerial drone photography; in the case of Sérénité, these animations were even more important because the buildings were still in the conceptual phase. For interior shots, each condo animation was populated with the latest styles in building materials, flooring, and paint colors while contemporary furnishings and appliances were added to give potential buyers an idea of the luxurious accommodations they could be experiencing as owners.
When it comes to the practical application of these animations, they proved to be invaluable to the sales and marketing team at the Sérénité project.
