The New Home University was a success on March 16 & 17, teaching home builders from across the country fresh marketing and sales strategies. The emphasis on pre-selling homes was covered much throughout the 2-day seminar, which is where our visual content came into play. Whether you are a homebuilder presenting a plan to the contractor or an architect bidding on a major project, visual content is the key to showing what the end result will look like. Below are some slides that Myers Barnes presented with to demonstrate how important visual content like ours is.
Point 1.
Don’t say it, prove it. Using high-quality visual content is the best way to describe the end result of your project- especially since watching a 1-minute video is equivalent to reading 1.8 million words.
Point 2.
Sticking to a strict timeline is the key to successfully pre-selling your homes. Below are the accurate time frames for starting to push visual content and marketing material.
Point 3.
Below are specific content that home builders should have to present to prospective buyers. The visual content plays heavily into pre-selling homes- since a picture is worth a thousand words!
Point 4.
Make sure your visual content is the RIGHT content for your prospective buyers. There are a variety of rendering types to choose from, and each house requires different designs, depending on the scope of the property. From a simple 2D elevation to an interactive virtual tour, choosing the most visual content that has the most impact on your properties is key!
